Titzina

Diego Lorca and Pako Merino met in 1999 at the Jacques Lecoq International Theatre School in Paris. After studying and working in various international companies, they founded Titzina in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) in August 2001.

These two creative artists have established the unique way of working that makes the project what it is: anthropological journalism including interviews and shared experiences.
They carry out research, getting inside other people’s lives and dealing with often little-known situations to bring outstanding human experiences to the stage. And they have become leaders in contemporary theatre in this country. Their plays have been published and their debut work has been adapted as a film.
