How have they done it? What was the starting point? Was a script actually written in advance as part of the process or has the material been created day by... day, in rehearsals? Whatever the answers, the great talent of the actors should be highlighted and, although this is not a show that relies on conventional drama, Folie à deux is an excellent piece of theatre.#Artez / August 2003
The technical perfection of the show deserves praise: the selection and use of music, lighting and the work of the actors. Nothing is obvious in this piece: everything relies on... suggestion – a wink here, a little trick there.#El Correo / October 2003
Merino and Lorca, who each take on different roles, manage to make the madmen they play perfectly credible and funny, without ridiculing them, with their capacity for nuanced characterisation and... exceptional vocal and gestural expression. While on one hand the most surrealist and surprising concepts seep into the performance, on the other, distancing factors are introduced, together with references to reality, solidly establishing the flesh-and-blood nature of these characters#Diari de Mallorca / January 2004
They bring a radically contemporary vocabulary to the stage, touching humour and drama in equal measure without ever falling for the obvious or the cryptic#El Norte de Castilla / April 2004
